Neutrogena hydroboost extra dry (fragrance free) gel cream is great this time of year under moisturizer for added hydration. Applied to damp skin, the hyaluronic acid helps old onto to added hydration. There are some occlusive ingredients that will seal in that water for you in this product (dimethicone), but I find it works best underneath a moisturizer as a “moisture booster.” It can help smooth out fine lines and brighten the skin.
